Robot Smashing League Riverlands Brews & Bot Brawls

Riverlands Bots and Brews will be the combat robot competition hosted by Robot Smashing League. We will be in the Riverlands Brewing Company Brewery in Saint Charles Illinois. We will have 1 lb (antweight) robots going head-to-head in an enclosed 4’ x 4’ arena.

The bracket will be a 4 round modified Swiss tournament going down to single elimination for the top 6 robots.

Sign Ups: There are open spots for 24 antweight (1 lbs) bots, with a limit of 2 antweight per driver. Because of the Alcohol being served this event is 21+ 

Date: October 21, 2023

Location: Riverlands Brewing Company 1860 Dean Street Unit A St. Charles, IL 60174

Venue: Pits will be either outside or in back depending on weather please bring a table, extension cord and dress warm. We will be tapping into the brewery's TVs for audience viewing.

Food: A food truck will be provided, so feel free to order food while at the event. Drinks: Alcohol is being served at the brewery, please drink responsibly. Check out their current Tap List 

Arena: 4’ x 4’, Wood Floor, No hazards

Rough Schedule:

• 10:00am – Doors Open & Safety Opens

• 12:00pm – Doors Open for Spectators

• 5:00pm – Final 6 - Single Elimination Starts

Entry Fee: $25 per bot

Ruleset: This event will follow MRCA rules

Spectators: Spectators are welcome and free to attend and doors open at 12pm.
