Robotronica

The American Institute of Mechatronics Engineers Club is hosting it's first mechatronics engineering fair, Robotronica! 

The main event of this robotics fair will be full combat 3lb fights and 12lb robot demos within our new 3/8" thick polycarbonate arena.

This is also the perfect event to showcase non-combat related projects or table with heavyweights. Please contact us if you'd like a booth!

The fair is intended to be an educational and fun experience for incoming students at Chico State and the College of Engineering. Robotronica will also feature: capstone projects, robotics booths, carnival games, and food. 

Rules:

• SPARC ruleset with the following points of emphasis:
• FLAMETHROWERS ALLOWED!!
• Safety inspection must be completed by noon
• Exposed batteries are automatic forfeits
• Three unstick per fight 
• No entanglements
• Tapouts are allowed
• Match length: 3 minutes
• Double Elimination with a single final
