This is New Mexico Techs annual robotic combat competion currently consisting of Fairy Weight and Beetle Weight comobat classes.

Standard SPARC rules apply for robot construction and details on other rules and arena specifications are as follows

• No Fire

• Weight Classes

  • Fairy Weight

    • Wheel 150 grams

    • Shuffle 225 grams

    • Walking 300 grams

  • Beetle Weight

    • Weight

      • Wheel 3 lb

      • Multi Bot 3 lb

      • Shuffle 4.5 lb

      • Walking 6 lb

    • All robots are encouraged to design and fabricate custom frames and weapons.  This is intended to promote innovation and learning during our competition.

• Tournament Style

  • Each weight class will be divided into groups of 4-6 bots.

  • Each group will fight in a round Robin tournament (each team will fight all other teams in their group)

  • The top robots with the best records from each group will then fight in a single elimination tournament to crown a winner.
