For those interested in all the finer details, read below.

For everyone else, the important info is towards the bottom.

This will not be just 1 event, but we will be holding weekly events, each day (SATURDAY) and (SUNDAY) will be a different weightclass. So check each of our event dates if you dont see your weight class in this particular posting. Weight classes will be fairies, plastic ants and full combat ants. Beetleweights will be happening in the future, just not at this time.

VENUE, WHAT AND WHY: This building is located on 10 acres of privately owned land. Parking is free and safe! This is a purpose built facility just for combat robotics! As a competitor I noticed a trend of events being few and far between, or several hours away. As well as having to provide your own table, chairs, power strips etc, or worrying about an out door event either being rained out, windy or way too hot. I decided to turn this building into a place where combat robotic competitors can come and not have to worry about any of that! I feel there isnt enough events held regularly. So I am opening this up for weekly events provided there is enough interest. Smoking is not permitted on the property.

WHAT TO BRING: Just your robot and yourselves! I will provide everything else!

WHAT I PROVIDE: A fully enclosed, insulated building only used for combat robotics. Private and free parking. No having to worry about break ins while you're busy competing. Free bottled waters and sodas in a convienet store style fridge!

I have space for 32 robots per day.

ARENAS: 2 arenas, 4ft x 4ft x 2ft, perfect height for kids to adults. Arenas have a negative pressure system! So if any battery strikes occur, the arena air volume will be emptied out of the building in 2.43 seconds. As well as a sealed steel vessel provided, to take the robot outside and tend to it. Switches are placed on the arena for anyone to press incase this occurs. Fire extinguishers are also placed throughout the building. First aid kits are also placed on the walls for easy access.

Arenas have a bespoke software program I created, that controls arena lights, lighted swtiches for bot activation and tapping out. No need to tap on the arena and holler out, hoping someone hears you while your bot gets destroyed beyond repair. Just hit the switch and the software will make note, annouce it and end the fight. The arenas are plywood floor with traction paint, so even foam tires can be competative again!

TABLES, CHAIRS POWERSTRIPS: I have built custom workstations designed for combat robotics. These arent just flat plastic folding tables pushed together. These tables are all wood with equal space for each robot/competitor. Each robot entry gets a 4ft x 2ft flat work space with a 4ft by 2ft shelf where all of your toolboxes, larger tools, drills and batteries to charge can go! That way your workspace dosent have to be cluttered and taken up by all of your tools. The shelves are not flat! They are at the perfect angle to see and reach everything while remaining seated, even for kids! As well as bright LED lights right where you need them.  A space at the end of each table is also taken into account, for rolling tool box setups.   POWER STRIPS are provided. Each robot/competitor will have there own 6 outlet power strip which is bolted to your table space. Wire organizer ties are provided. (2 bots means 2 tables/powerstrips/shelves). Each table has borders to keep your tools and bits from rolling out of the way and onto other competitors' tables.  Comfortable chairs are provided. Enough to cover 1 per competitor and then some. At this point in time I have 54 chairs. More on the way.  If you have your own favorite chair, feel free to bring it!

FIGHT VIEWING: While working in the pit, I know the need to watch the fight can conflict with working on your bot. I have provided large 4k tv's, each one at the end of a table so every person no matter where you are in the building, can see an in-arena view of both arenas, with on screen info of each fight. Including competitors names, time left in match, who is up next etc. The perfect way to multi task! And you dont have to strain to see it, as each 55" tv is no more than 10 feet from the farthest workstation.

BATHROOM: The bathroom is located inside the building right next to the pit. Brand new toilet, sink, paint and anti bacterial soap etc. No dingy bathroom when ya need to go, ya know?

FOOD: It is recommended that you bring a lunch. Microwaves and a fridge are provided. There is no designated lunch period. However, a food truck is in the works and if it comes through, then a designaged lunch period will be added.

BOT SAFTEY: Weapon locks are required. Eyewear is recommended. Batteries must be charged inside a battery safe container.

TESTING: I have built 2 large 2ft x 2ft x 2ft test boxes on either end of the facility, for anyone to use at anytime! Fire up and test when you want! No waiting for the arena to be empty!

FORMAT: Double Elimination, challonge bracket will be utilized.

STREAMING: I am pleased to annouce that this event will be commentated and livestreamed by Joshua Adriano of Reject Robotics! Thank you so much for volunteering Josh!

Website for live stream will appaear here when we know what it is.

JUDGES/REFFEREE: I am just a 1 person operation. I cant do it all lol, so if anyone wants to volunteer for any position let me know, it would be appriciated! Judges have their own comfortable sectional couch to sit on with their own screens to watch the fights and judge.
