Between events we are always improving and upgrading the facility! Every event you will see something new!

This building is only used for combat robotics. It is fully insulated and air conditioned! We also offer a newly remodeled bathroom located inside the same space. Rain or shine its nice inside!

Every bot entry gets you a table, chair and 6 port power strip! Tables are not plastic tables, they are custom wood tables with great lighting, shelves and a surface you can beat your bot back into shape on! We have enough chairs for 1 per bot entry and an additional 20 or so. But i know some teams can be large so brackets are full and you have more than 1 person on your team, you may want to bring a chair for them just incase. 

ARENA INFO:

Both arenas are 4ft x 4ft x 2ft tall. Height adjusted so if your 6ft 5 or 4ft 8, you will still beable to see the action. It is  well lit. with ventilation systems, so there is no need to let the arena air out before opening it. The arena air volume evacuates within 2.43 seconds.

1 arena is a true STEEL floor! 1/4" thick as well as the side skirts! 

1 arena is wood floor with traction paint. (Eventually it will be steel as well) 

You can choose which surface you prefer!

Arena doors are spring loaded to make lifting easier and to prevent them from slaming down on someones head or body. They are double dead bolted to keep the door sealed at all times during a match. They also slide upwards in a frame. This is opposed to traditional swing out style doors. This prevents anyone from being hit or scratched by a swing out door opening or closing.   

Ice cold water bottles and sodas are provided for free!

A 1 hour lunch time will be alotted. 

SPARC ruleset will be followed.

MODIFIED double elimination.

We will be running both arenas simultaniously. 

Combat Ant fee is $30

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Gates open at 8am.

Saftey/weigh ins start at 9am.

Fights start promptly at 10am.

Plans to go to around 4pm give or take depending on how many bots are signed up. However since we will be running both arenas at the same time, the event may end sooner. 

ADDRESS: Will be emailed a few days before the event. Please check your junk or spam email folder if you dont recieve one, if it is close to the event and you havent recieved an email, please reach out! We are only 2 miles from the address image above. 

 

Parking is abundant and free on site! This is a 10 acre property. Surrounding properties are also 10 acre parcels with but a few people on each. Very safe area. This is the country, the road to the facility has a few potholes as it is a privatly funded road by adjacet property owners and is not a county road.  So be mindful of that, but any car can make it if my lowered Firebird can. 😂 

 

No public spectators are permitted as this is a private event. Competitors and your teamates only please.

FIRE SAFTEY: 

We have fire extinguishers on site. 

Sand buckets for lipo breaches.

Single pass air evacuation for each arena.

In the event of a building fire the large rollup doors are the emergency exits. They are unlocked at all times on event day, just lift and exit in a calm safe manner.
