All Open Ants and Beetles are MRCA ranked at this event. They must comply with the MRCA rules found at midwestrobotcombat.com.

All Plastic Ants must comply with the Betz Botz Plastic Ruleset and other Betz Botz competition rules found at betzbotz.com.

We are running four group stage qualifiers and a single elimination tournament for the open ants and beetles. The plastic ants will only run a Swiss tournament.

In open ants and beetles, robots with a 3-1 record or better are automatically into the single elimination tournament.

Please note that the above schedule is based on maximum possible entries and long cycle times. We will probably wrap up closer to 6:00pm.

 

Location: 156 St Lawrence Ave, Beloit, WI 53511

Food: We will be selling hotdogs, espresso, waters, and sodas onsite.

Power: Bring a power strip. Tables and chairs are provided, but we only have a few spots to plug in.

Arena

Size: 8' x 6' x 4' with 12” x 12” pushout on one long side of arena.

Floor: Plywood with traction paint

Kickplates: 1/2" UHMW
