Season 3 Begins: Mechanical Mayhem

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th, 2024

• Location: 222 NJ-15, Lafayette, NJ 07848

• Arena: 8' x 8' x 4', two layers 1/4" polycarbonate, steel frame, bed liner plywood floor

• Update: The steel floor is not happening in time. We're using the bed liner plywood floor again. 

Categories & Competition Details

• Plastic Antweight (16 competitors)

• Standard Antweight (24 competitors)

• Beetleweight (24 competitors, Sunday only)

Schedule

• 8:00 AM: Doors open

• 9:00 - 10:30 AM: Safety checks and registration

• 10:00 AM: Drivers, judges, and volunteer meeting

• 11:00 AM: Competition starts

• 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Event conclusion and awards

Rules & Safety

• Tournament follows new SPARC rules (https://sparc.tools/)

• Specific league rules will be posted when finalized

• Weapons must have safety locks

• Proper LiPo battery management required
