The Inaugural MIT CRC House Battle

The Inaugural MIT CRC House Battle will be held on December 14th, 2024 at the Morningside Academy for Design (265 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139).

Doors will open at 9:30am EST, with the event concluding at 7:30pm EST. This is a full combat beetleweight (3lb) tournament with 34 entries. We will run a double elimination bracket.

Our event will operate under NERC rules, with additional restrictions. As reference, the NERC rules are listed here - http://www.nerc.us/rules.html.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS:

- NO heat/combustion based weapons (fire, flamethrower, soldering iron, explosives)

- NO pneumatics

- Any individual robot in a multibot entry cannot weigh more than 60% of the total weight allowance
