Past Lives Summer Slaughter Festival

Hi everyone,

Summer Slaughter is this Saturday! Here are some important details:

Firstly, we anticipate running out of tables for pits. 

If possible, please bring a table and chair for your pit!

Safety will open at 9am, with a target event start of 10am. The event will be hosted at Past Lives Makerspace, at 2808 SE 9th Ave. There is only street parking available. Enter on 9th Ave. The event will take place in the event space--please do NOT try to enter the rest of the makerspace. There are 2 bathrooms in the event space, and the entire space is not wheelchair accessible. 

We will break for a lunch hour at noon. 

We will run two minute matches to try to keep the event from running too long. Judging will be done in accordance w/ SPARC 1.3 rules. 

The bracket will be double-elimiation and published after everyone has checked in. Please plan on only running one bot per weight class per team. Since this is our first public event, we will not be promoting bots off the waitlist beyond the max of 15 per class. 

Batteries must be charged within line of sight. Do not charge unattended!
