GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

We are pleased to announce we now have rental bots! So far we have 1 model. It is a well known bot called forceknight. With the creators permission we have added this plastic antweight for rent. If you do not yet have a bot of you're own, but don't want to show up to an event empty handed... we have you covered! 

  When you rent a bot you are given a full arena ready bot.  If it is destroyed or damaged, you will be handed another fully ready bot. Double elimination rules apply for rental bots.  If you lose twice, you are out of the competition. But we encourage you to stick around and watch.

     To rent a bot, use the email link below and fill out the form in the body.  We will add you to the list on here. It will appear as ForceKnight RENTAL + (you're initials)

We have added a full machining room to the venue! 12 Speed 6ft tall drill press, 20 ton shop press, brake press, spindle grinder, belt sander.   Use whatever machines you need! More machinces will be added over time.

This building is only used for combat robotics. It is fully insulated and air conditioned! We also offer a newly remodeled bathroom located inside the same space. Rain or shine its nice inside!

 A 4ft x 2ft table, a chair and a 6 port power strip is provided per driver. For example: 1 driver for 1 bit gets 1 table, chair and strip. 1 driver for 6 bots, still gets 1 table, chair and strip. This keeps things fair for all. Drivers also have to be active pit members. This is in an effort to ensure people don't bring someone as a driver in an attempt to gain more table spaces.  (Not that anyone would) But we have to put it out there. 

Tables are not plastic tables, they are custom wood tables with great lighting, a durable surface, you can beat your bot back into shape on!  There are shelves above you're table to place tools, cases, battery charging, whatever you see fit. 

Also to keep things orderly and to prevent tripping hazards, we ask you stow you're tool chests close to you're table as they can get, maybe under if space or chest size allows.  We know as the workflow unfolds, tools and parts and chests can get spread out. It happens, just please keep as tidy of a station as humanly possible.

ARENA INFO:

Both arenas are 4ft x 4ft x 2ft tall with air evacuation systems. 

 They have steel floors and kickplates.

GENERAL INFO:

Ice cold water bottles and sodas are provided for free! Help yourself! 

A lunch time will be alotted. (Either 30 mins or 1 hour long, a concensus will be taken amongst competitors)

Registrations will close on August 29th, at 6PM(This gives me time to create the voices for bots who sign up late)

RULESET:

SPARC ruleset will be followed.

MODIFIED double elimination.

We will be running both arenas simultaniously.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Gates/doors open at 7am.

Saftey/weigh ins start as soon as you are ready.

Fights start promptly at 9am.

No public spectators are permitted as this is a private event. Competitors and your teamates only please.

FIRE SAFTEY: 

We have fire extinguishers on site. 

Sand buckets for lipo breaches.

Single pass air evacuation for each arena.

Building has its own independent air evacuation system. 

In the event of a building fire, the large rollup doors are the emergency exits. They are unlocked at all times on event day, just lift and exit in a calm safe manner.
