BotBrawl Event #20 - Bingemans 2025

THIS IS THE BIG ONE

It’s BotBrawl’s 10th Anniversary!

To celebrate, we will be attending Bingeman’s in Kitchener for the first time. We will be there for a nice weekend in August. This will even include camping!

 

Venue

Ballroom A - Bingemans

425 Bingemans Center Drive, Kitchener, ON

 

Dates

August 16-17, 2025

 

Classes

1lb & 3lb Combat (8ft x 8ft arena)

30lb & 150lb Sumo (10ft Diameter circular platform with a center pole)

Tournament Formats

Both combat classes will run a double-elimination tournament.

Both sumo classes may run a double elimination or round robin, final format to be decided and communicated once registration numbers are solid.

There will also be special awards given out. Details to be released in the handbook!

 

Registration

Registration will be handled through BuildersDB.

Team Fee: $30 (you pay this once, gives you 2 passes to Bingemans)

Additional team members: $15 for anyone above 2 people.

Robots: $50 each (per robot, any weight class)

** If you are under the age of 18, you MUST also register a parent/guardian that will attend the event with you! **

Please submit waivers for all team members to info@botbrawl.ca before July 20th, 2025.
