KILLSWITCH Cardboard Fall Market Battle 2025

Knox Makers will be hosting a robot combat competition we call KILLSWITCH during our Fall Maker’s Market on September 28th from 12:00 - 5:00pm.  For this event we’ll be running a cardboard class only and this competition is beginner friendly, for a number of our competitors this will be their first build and first event.

Leading up to our event please feel free to visit us on one of our KILLSWITCH Open Pit / Open Sparring Evenings! Here you’ll have the opportunity to meet and chat with our member builders as well as check out our arena, Thunderdome, in person. And when you have a build ready you can bring it on one of these evenings and test it out in our arena, there might even be the opportunity to engage in some informal sparring with some other participants.  You are also welcome to join one of our KILLSWITCH for the Complete Beginner workshops, these are free for both members and non-members.

This will be an outside event with an indoor, air conditioned pit area. Spectator admission and parking are both free, the entry fee for competitors is $14.96 per bot and you can register here.
