IRCL Presents: Spring Bot Breaker 2026

Idaho Robot Combat League is hosting Spring Bot Breaker in partnership with ABU Games on Saturday March 28th 2026.

Registration fee is $25, which supports the cost of the event. 

We will be using the SPARC rules for robot construction. http://sparc.tools/

• Beetles and FC-Ants must follow the general construction guidelines. 
• Plastic Ants must follow the conditions set out in Section 4.4 as well. 

We will have one 8x8' Beetle arena, and at least one 4x4' arena for Pl-Ants and FC-Ant matches. 

Pit tables will be provided but competitors are encouraged to bring their own as well. We will have ample power and ABU Games provides concessions and food trucks are always at their fine establishment.

The event will be located in the BATTLEGROUND Gym inside ABU Games events facility. Check-In will begin Saturday at 9am. Competitors are asked to please arrive no later than 930am Saturday for safety check and builder meeting, we will be starting matches by 10:30am. 

Registration will start on 12/7/2025 and remain open through 03/27/2026, spots are first come first serve, there will be a waitlist if necessary. 

Winners of each division will receive a customized trophy made with (zeal and care by Dave) and a cash prize, 2nd and 3rd place will receive custom placement medals and prizes including gift certificates.
