💵 Registration:

• $25 per bot – Register and pay on RobotCombatEvents.com

• All bots must be pre-registered

• Plastic class bots must meet SPARC v1.5 Construction Specifications

⚠️ Note: Space is limited! Unlike past events, opening beyond 16 bots per class is unlikely. Please register only one bot per driver per class until closer to the event to give everyone a chance to compete.

📆 Event Schedule:

• Setup: Friday (noon– 7 PM) and Saturday (7:00 AM)

• Matches Begin: Before 9:30 AM Saturday

• Finals Start: Around 7:00 PM Saturday

🎟️ Free Admission! Bring your friends, family, and anyone who loves a little carnage for the holidays. No tickets required — just show up and enjoy the robot-fueled destruction.

🏟️ Arenas & Hazards:

We’re running three arenas to keep the fights moving:

🔹 8' Beetleweight Full Combat Ants  (Wood Floor)

🔹 Plastic & Fairys

• 6 ft hex arena

• Clean, standard layouts with no corner hazards

🏁 Tournament Format:

• Double-Elimination Bracket

• One-and-Done Final Round

• Strict 20-Minute Rebuild Timer — miss your call and you forfeit

• Classes with 6 or fewer bots will run Round Robin format

⚖️ Judging Criteria (11 Points):

• Damage (5 pts): Real, lasting damage (not just scratches)

• Control (3 pts): Arena dominance and positioning

• Aggression (3 pts): Who hunted the fight vs. who ran

⚙️ UCR Special Rules:

Grip Additives & Entanglement

• Latex, rubber, silicone allowed

• Entanglement = disqualification

• Incidental part loss doesn’t count unless intentional

Unsticks & Wall Slamming

• Unsticks only if robots are fused together 3 times

• 1 unstick from arena each bot.

• 10 seconds to move or KO

• Slamming the arena to escape = automatic loss
