BotRumble - Overture RMRRF '26 PLAnt Tournament - Sunday

We are thrilled to be back at Rockymountain RepRap Festival 2026 with more robot combat sponsored by Overture Filament! Please read this information carefully to learn how you can smash some robots with us! 

We are running two separate tournaments, one on Saturday and one on Sunday, with 16 competitors in a double elimination format. You may only compete one day, please plan accordingly for the day you pick.  Registration is open to 18 entries but only the first 16 are guaranteed a spot with the remaining two being alternates. Robots must comply with the Sparc 1.6 rules found here - https://sparc.tools/SPARC_Robot_Construction_Specifications_v1.6.pdf. Detailed here is rules for just about any robot design you can imagine, please pay special attention to section 16.3 towards the bottom for details on what materials are allowed. Look over these rules carefully as robots that do not comply with these rules will not be allowed to compete. Additionally, to ensure that we can complete the tournaments each day we can only guarantee 20 minutes between fights, bringing spare parts and tools is highly recommended.

  • No hazards or pits
