Categories & Competition Details

• Destructive Antweights 150g
• Non Destructive Antweights 150g - Foam Spinners Allowed, see Rules Basics document

• Special rules to note, 
  • There are no active weapon requirements in either class, Wedges are allowed
  • There are no size limits on robots as long as they are in weight
  • Exposed batteries will result in an instant loss
• Format is Round Robin Qualifiers into Single Elimination Bracket
• Teams will be given half a table each in the pits and provided with power points

Arena and Judging

• Arena size is 120cmx105cm
• Fights last 3min
• There are low walls on one side that will count as a KO if you are sent over them
• There are 2 drop down pits/pushout zones
  • Destructive Fights, 1 pit opens at 2min
  • Non Destructive Fights, 1 pit opens at 1min and 2nd pit opens at 2min
• For Non Destructive Fights, there is a set of foam roller arena hazards against one wall that can be used to score points with the judges by pushing your opponents into them
• Fights that go the full 3min will be judged
  • Destructive will be judged on Damage, Control and Aggression
  • Non Destructive will be judged on Control and Aggression

Schedule

• 8:30 AM: Doors open
• 8:30 AM - 9:50 AM: Safety checks and registration
• 9:50 AM: Drivers, judges, and volunteers meeting
• 10:00 AM: Competition starts
• 5:00 PM: Estimated End time

• Bracket details will be available at https://challonge.com/ on the day

Attendance

• Spectators are welcome to attend for free
• Please wear enclosed footwear
• We will have a sausage sizzle and drinks available for lunch
• There are other limited food options in the area around the venue
• We should have a livestream set up for the event for those that cant attend
