VCR PRESENTS: a good event :)

are you ready for a good event? :)

Vegas Combat Robotics is proud to present a good event, run by team good team's Alex Price! Come on down, bring your robots, and be prepared to have a good time! :)

Registration fee will be collected at check-in.

Pits:

• The Venue will be in the Synshop Lobby with outside overflow.
• We will have tables with power and chairs! Come early and snag a table for your team!

Arena: 

• Arena will be the VCR 6x6 Arena!
• Steel floors!
• NO PITS!

Format:

• Unmodified double elimination.
• 24 Plants
• 16 Fairies
• Registration caps are subject to change if the waitlist size demands it. 

Rules:

VCR uses the SPARC Ruleset along with the following amendments for its competitions:

• Magnets may be used for additional downforce on the steel floor in Fairies, not in Plants
• In the case of both robots being stuck together and unable to separate, there will be 1 separation per match. In the event of another entanglement, the fight will end and be decided by the judges.

Schedule:

9:00 AM: Doors open; Safety check-ins begin.

10:30 AM: Driver's Meeting; fights beginning shortly thereafter.

2:00 PM: Lunch

3:00 PM: Fights resume

Continue until there are winners I guess! (9:00 PM at the latest)
