-
Location:
Discovery Lab Tulsa

Schedule:
Competitors may begin arriving at 7:30 AM, with safety checks commencing as soon as the doors open. We aim to initiate matches by 10:00 AM, coinciding with the opening of the Discovery Lab. All participants are requested to be on-site by 9:00 AM to ensure timely completion of safety inspections prior to the start of the tournament. The museum will close at 8:00 PM, but expect the tournament to end well before that. -
Facilities:
The venue will provide tables and chairs, and restroom facilities will be available on-site. Please be advised that electrical outlets may be limited; therefore, we recommend bringing your own power strips and extension cords. Pits will be located in the upstairs classroom, and matches will be livestreamed for competitors. -
Food Arrangements:
Competitors are responsible for arranging their own meals. Food may be delivered to the front of the museum or purchased from the museum café. Due to short break intervals, we suggest taking the opportunity to eat as soon as possible. -
Arena Specifications:
The fighting arena measures 6 ft x 6 ft and stands 2 ft tall, featuring a wooden floor. While there is a seam present in the center of the floor, efforts will be made to minimize its impact. We downsized the arena for ease of transportation. -
