Combat Robots Showdown - PDX.Init

​This is the first in a series of 3 events put on by PDX Hacks, Rose City Bot Brigade, and ROSA. 

Come help us launch our new arena and space!

Whether you’re bringing a bot or coming to watch the carnage, join builders, drivers, and fans from across the Pacific Northwest as ant-class robots battle for supremacy.

Next competition will be August 29th with a championship league battle September 26th - Stay tuned!

The Essentials

​📅 When: Saturday August 15, 2026

• Doors open at 9
• Bots need to make it through safety/checked in by 10:30
• Fights start at 11

​Competition Format

Each class will run double elimination if there are enough competitors, otherwise they will be run round robin.
Arena is 4x4 with wood floors.
