Bayside Robotics Presents - First State Fights #4

Important Change: Plastic Antweights MUST be 3d printed. TPU is no longer on the list of allowed materials for plastic ants. We are adding Sportsman Beetles to the event this round. Remember the arena is only 6x6. NO HIGH KE(spinners) WEAPONS. There will be no active weapon requirement. The Bayside Robotics Sparc ruleset has been updated with this as well. ALL LIPO BATTERIES MUST BE CHARGED IN BALANCE MODE AND IN A LIPO SACK/AMMO CAN

-When: April 22nd 2023 930am-fights end(venue closes at 9pm and no entry before 930am)

-Where: First State Hobbies 600 Peoples Plaza, Newark, DE 19702

-Format will be double elimination depending on participation. If registration does not fill we will most likely run round robin. 

-Arena is 6x6 plywood floor. 3/8" thickness polycarbonate walls with one corner of the arena having a lip creating a pit. If you end up in the pit you will have a 10 second countdown to get out. If you can not the match will be called.

-Registration fee and waiver will be handled day of the event.

-Additional robots with the SAME driver will be $20 per robot.

-Pits will be provided but please bring your own extension cords/power strips just incase.

-IMPORTANT - All weapons must have a proper lock -All lipoly batteries MUST be stored/charged in a lipo sack -All robots must be wheels up while in the pits -If you activate your robot for any reason while NOT in the arena you will be removed from the tournament
