IT'S NO USE
About this Bot
The newest upcoming addition to Rosified Pantheon Robotics, It's No Use is being built on the Repeat Robotics Peter Bar Kit chassis, bringing a belt-driven dual disk weapon system to the beetleweight arena — powered by a custom 2836 outrunner spinning twin discs via HTD 3M belts, with four Repeat Drive Max brushless motors driving rubber Lego wheels for torque and maneuverability. TPU-printed armor panels will guard the front and sides, and the modular front attachment structure means the loadout can be reconfigured once the build is ready to answer whatever the opponent brings to the box.
It earns its place in the pantheon the way its namesake earned his: through sheer, relentless, catchphrase-shouting persistence. The name is a tribute to one of gaming's most infamous boss fights — Silver the Hedgehog's time-paradox showdown in Sonic '06, where his signature line, hollered mid-psychokinesis-throw at a Sonic he was convinced was the "true" culprit, became a legendary meme for confidently attacking the wrong target over and over. Annoying? Absolutely. Effective? Also absolutely — and once assembled, It's No Use will carry that same energy into the arena: dual spinning discs aren't subtle, aren't precise, and aren't particularly interested in due process. If it's in front of the weapon, it's getting flung — accuracy optional, commitment mandatory, impact guaranteed.
Currently in build — stay tuned for its arena debut.
