Bot Count Limit

It seems we've out-grown our venue. Because of this, the total bot count of all weight classes combined is capped at 32 bots. 

The previous limit of 2 bots, per driver, per weight class will also still be in effect.

Rules

ARC uses the SPARC Ruleset along with the following ammendments for its competitions:

• No use of fire or flame weapons
• Magnets may be used for additional downforce on the steel floor but not for any other reason
• In the case of both robots being stuck together and unable to sepperate, there will be 1 seperation per match
• Plastic Ant Rules: Western Allied Robotics Plastic Class Rules
  • While most plastic ants are expected to be 3d printed, you may enter a modified toy, rc car, etc as long as it is still legal under the SPARC ruleset mentioned above AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION TO DO SO. Email or message David@AzRoboticCombat.com with photos and details of your toy entry.

Brackets will be double elemination unless there are less than 7 robots registered

Venue

Our event will be taking place at HobbyAction RC Raceway. Note that they have 2 locations, 1 in Chandler and 1 in Tempe. Our event is in the CHANDLER location. Unfortunately, the establishment does NOT have public WIFI. Lots of restaurants within walking distance: Chipotle, Subway, Starbucks, Rumbi Island Grill, and more!

9:45am	Venue opens, safety check-in (we can't enter the venu any earlier)
11:00am	Fights begin
1:00pm	Lunch Break
1:45pm	Fights resume
5:00pm	Fights end, awards given
6:00pm	Venue closes

Prizes

• 1st place for all weight classes will receive a cash prize
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all weight classes will receive a trophy
