V2: Beater Ampere (Sept 2024 - Present)

• Many lessons incorporated from fighting with the previous version.
• Originally intended to be an evolution to a direct driven drisk weapon similar to Abaddon Mk2, concerns over horizontal and single blade vert matchups led me to choose a beater bar instead.
• Improvements made to driving speed, side armor, inverted driving, and weapon.
• Repeat Mini Mk4 motors for drive, with lower reduction gearboxes, on 4S
• Much higher tip speed on weapon.
• More ground game options
• Semifinals at MRCA 2024 Finals, placed 4th
• 1st at RSL at the Armory February 2025

V1: Drisk Ampere (Feb 2024 - Sept 2024)

• First combat bot I ever designed 
• Used a drisk weapon that weighed about 100g depending on what you are counting
• 2.1" spinning diameter, maybe 160mph at the most in tip speed
• Used a fully TPU monobody chassis, with repeat mini brushed motors
• Prohibitively slow driving, which meant I never got a ton of bite, and was bullied by control bots.
• Was brought to 2 events before summer 2024, and didn't compete at either of them, and then fought at a following 4 events that summer.
• 1st at Betz Bots July 2024
• 2nd at RSL at the Armory August 2024
• 3rd/4th at Robot Battles 72 (no 3rd place match)
